I've found these good for floppy shrubs e.g. hydrangea limelight. They are large, make sure you look at the sizes before you buy. Sturdy....which is as well as they are large to store and I've ended up leaving them outside all year.

Brilliant support

I have used this fluted support for my peony ' Molly the Witch ' which has a tendency to fall over or open when in flower. It has proved the perfect solution, holding the large plant up unobtrusively and being the ideal shape.

What size should I buy for delphiniums please? Also, would this be a good support for dicentra or woudl something else work better for that? Many thanks!

time-poor gardner

Hello, It really depends on which type of delphiniums you are growing as some get really tall, while others are more compact. For most of the taller ones however I would opt for the large size. As for your Dicentras, you could indeed use these too - or the peony plant supports. http://www.crocus.co.uk/product/_/peony-plant-supports/classid.2000022744/
