We grow our fully hardy plants outdoors throughout the year, which makes them exceptionally tough and resilient. This approach gives us such confidence in our plants that we offer a 5-year guarantee on most plants we classify as fully hardy, including:

Here's how it works

1. Take a photo of the plant that hasn't survived - this helps us to record any problems with plant quality

2. Send the photo, along with a description of the problem and your order reference number to our customer service team via the Guarantee Claim Form

3. Our plant experts will review the photo to assess the issue

4. We offer replacements or gift vouchers only - no cash refunds

We'll replace unavailable products with equivalent items.

The guarantee commences from the original date of purchase.

Claims may be denied if proper plantcare wasn't followed.
