At Crocus, we’re committed to keeping customer reviews fair, transparent and trustworthy. Your feedback helps us improve our products and services and gives other customers the confidence to make informed decisions. That’s why we take clear steps to ensure all reviews and ratings on crocus.co.uk are genuine, helpful and reliable.

How we handle reviews

To protect the integrity of customer feedback, we work with independent review specialists Trustpilot and PowerReviews to collect, manage and moderate all reviews.

Trustpilot is used to collect and display service reviews and applies automated detection, data analysis and enforcement measures to identify, remove or block fake or misleading content.

PowerReviews is used to collect and display product reviews, all of which are reviewed using a combination of automated systems and human moderation to ensure they are authentic, relevant and meet content standards.

Only reviews that comply with authenticity and moderation requirements are published on our site.

Review guidelines

When leaving a review, please follow these guidelines:

  • Share your honest opinion based on a genuine experience
  • Avoid including personal information such as full names or addresses
  • Do not mention competitors or the specific price paid
  • Do not post reviews in exchange for payment, free products, discounts or other incentives unless clearly disclosed
  • Ensure your star rating reflects your written review
  • Do not submit content that is misleading, offensive or inappropriate

Reviews that are fraudulent, misleading, offensive or breach our policies will be removed.

Reporting fake or misleading reviews

If you come across a review that looks fake or misleading, please let us know by contacting our customer service team through our contact form. Any reviews that break our policy will be removed, and in some cases, the linked customer account may be suspended.
