Returns & refunds

If you haven’t found the answer you’re looking for, contact our friendly team using our Contact Us form and they will respond within two working days.

Please include all relevant information including order number and, if contacting about plant quality, pictures of the plants so we can sort the issue quickly.

Please note, we can’t amend an order once it has been processed.
