If you aren't happy with your order or you've changed your mind, you're able to return it in it's original condition.
Details of return timeframes and procedures are below. Please keep the original packaging until you have heard back from us.
If you want to return an item you need to let us know within 14 days of delivery via the Contact Us form.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item in the same condition it arrived in.
Please include your order number and reason for return inside the box.
Once we have received your item(s) we'll process your refund, minus the delivery charge and excluding the cost of returning the item, within 7 working days.
We recommend you use recorded delivery.
If an item is damaged or not returned in it's original packaging we may only refund a percentage of the total cost as the item will need to be resold at a lower price.
Please note: If you're returning machinery, it must be drained of fluids and boxed or wrapped securely.
If we've sent you something you haven't ordered, please let us know via the Contact Us form within 14 days of delivery and we'll let you know how best to return the item.
If you receive a plant that you believe is in bad condition, don't worry, it's likely your plant will spring back to life!
Depending on the time of year, plants look different. For example deciduous shrubs that shed their leaves once a year, will look pretty bare if you've purchased it during the autumn and winter months but it'll perk up when the weather does.
Many perennial plants (plants that bloom for one season a year) won't show above the soil in a pot during the winter.
However, if you're concerned, please let us know via the Contact Us form within 14 days of delivery with photographs of your plant and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
If you receive a product that is defective, please let us know via the Contact Us form within 14 days of delivery. You'll have a further 14 days to return it and get either a replacement or refund.
If the product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty please contact them directly.
We offer a 5 year guarantee on our fully hardy plants (excluding bulbs, annuals, biennials, and short-lived perennials).
If your plant fails in the first 5 years, please send us a picture of it with your order number via our Contact Us form. We'll assess the image and identify the problem.
