Compost Box - easy to assemble & does the job.

4

The compost box was easy to assemble and looks fine and has helped produce a good crop of vegetables. My only criticisms, are the timber was somewhat damp and discoloured on delivery (suggesting it had been stored outside prior to delivery) and it was also had some minor damage in a couple of places. This hasn't detracted from its use and it is serving the purpose it was intended for.

Cheap, short, but otherwise good enough!

4

This is a very basic compost box, with rough, knotty wood and is shorter than the picture shown by a slat's depth (4 slats, not 5, being 57 cm high not 61 cm as advertised, which is very shallow for getting heat into the pile). I'm using it to store leaf mould in. If it hadn't been the cheapest I found, then I might not rate it so generously. Quick and easy to put together. Glad it comes with a 20 year guarantee, as I can't imagine it will last that long.
