Polyscias fruticosa 'Ming' thrives in warm, humid conditions and is ideal for bright, indirect light or semi-shaded spots within the home. Reaching up to 2m (6ft) in height with a compact 120cm (4ft) spread, it makes a graceful addition to modern interiors or conservatories.
With its delicate, tiered foliage resembling the botanical patterns of traditional Chinese art, this evergreen plant brings a touch of sophistication to any space. Keep it away from cold drafts and water carefully to maintain its lush look.

How to care for Polyscias fruticosa Ming:
Polyscias thrives in warm, humid environments with temperatures consistently above 16°C (61°F) and a preference for 18-24°C (64-75°F). Position it in bright, indirect light, avoiding direct sunlight, and maintain humidity above 50% by misting regularly or using a pebble tray with water.
Water moderately, allowing the top of the compost to dry out between waterings, and reduce watering in winter while ensuring the soil doesn’t dry out completely. Prevent overwatering to avoid root rot and leaf drop, and ensure the pot drains well after watering.
Prune to maintain its shape and encourage branching, and pinch out leaves to thicken growth. Repot every 2-3 years as required.
