An upright, aromatic, evergreen rosemary with somewhat broader leaves than the species, and deep blue to lilac, tubular flowers sometimes as early as late winter. Happiest in well-drained soils that do not become overly wet or waterlogged during the winter, ‘Tuscan Blue’ may repeat flower for a smaller showing in summer or autumn.
