We try our best to dispatch all your items in one delivery but where this isn't possible, as with bedding, bulbs, compost, selected pots and seeds, we'll dispatch them as soon as they're ready.
There are two ways to stay on top of your order:
1. Your Crocus Account
See if your order is received, processing or on it’s way in the My Orders section of your Crocus account.
Please note, we can’t amend order once they have been processed.
2. Emails
Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an estimated dispatch lead time (when the item leaves the warehouse).
Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch email with an expected delivery time (usually up to three working days).
Once your order has left us, our delivery partner will send you a confirmation email that they’ve received it and an email on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time slot.
Once your order has been dispatched, please contact our delivery partner directly for anything related to your order.
