Plant arrived healthy and well looked after. It suffered a little a couple of months into its new home but that was probably my fault - the weather was warm and dry and I probably didn't water it for long enough after planting. It is, however, now we'll established and thriving.

I bought quite a large plant in the sale - seems expensive doing that (I usually wait and let things grow in situ), but I'm glad as it's slow-growing. This will be a good thing eventually as I don't want to be hacking it back all the time. Lovely fragrance. The leaves turn an attractive red in winter, giving welcome colour.

An evergreen plants with glossy leaves and fragrant starry flowers, this climber has covered an ugly fence, and flowers for a long period. I love it.

Absolutely fantastic! We already have one other jasmine, which being 4 years old is very big. We wanted another of the same variety as we have built/extended our screening area between the us and the neighbours. Having looked around all the local garden centres we were disappointed with the size, quality and price. Crocus have excelled themselves, today a beautiful, healthy and very flowery star jasmine has been delivered! Advertised as 160cm, it actually measures 190cm tall and is absolutely dripping in flowers that smell devine! Two very strong main stems with plenty of branches off. So very, very happy. Not only with the plant itself but the great service and communication regarding my order. I can't wait to get it planted and watch it bush out like our other jasmine. Just fantastic. Will definitely be ordering more plants. Many thanks!!!

These plants do get quite large in time, and while I have seen them growing in large pots, ultimately they will be much happier if planted in the ground. Therefore, I would not recommend using them on your balcony.

Yes, the stems of this climber are twining, so they will need something to cling to.

It really depends on where you live. If you live in a colder part of the country, or if your soil remains heavy and wet throughout the winter, then it would be better to plant this in spring. If your garden is more sheltered, then you can plant at any time of the year.

Hello, Yes, this looks lovely covering an arch or pergola.

Hello, Initially the trachelospermum will be very happy in the large size, but as they get very big, it will start to feel the squeeze - even in the extra large. A much better option for the plant (and less intrusive for your garden) would be to lift a paving slab and plant it directly into the ground.
