These were great in tubs and baskets. Would def buy again but a bit earlier than April as they took a while to get established

These plugs develop quickly so you need somewhere to grow them indoors until it's warm enough to put into garden. They make good size plants. Have some scent. The colours are fabulous. Flower for months as long as they are deadheaded regularly.( Use scissors to deadhead and wash afterwards, not seceteurs as the stickiness blunts them.) They make a bold statement if planted en-mass. I used them in flower boxes around our street sign and they were admired by passers by all summer. They make good fillers when forget me nots and bulbs are over. Will buy again

I've bought bedding plants, climbers and shrubs from Crocus on many occasions over a number of years and I've always been delighted with the quality of plants, the excellent way they are packed and transported, and the speed of delivery.

Bought these to fill one of the borders of my garden and also some containers. These plugs arrived in a healthy condition and continued to grow when potted on. After hardening off and planting out all plants have grown to a fantastic size and I am experiencing a fantastic display of beautifully coloured blooms. Would highly recommend these, they are worth every penny!

Hello, It really depends on the effect you are trying to creat - and how patient you are. These are plug plants at present, so should be potted up and grown on, but once planted out (after all risk of frost has passed), they can grow to around 40cm (16") across. Therefore in theory, you could plant just one per square foot if you like. I however always plant bedding densely as I like a really full effect, so would plant 3 or even 5 per square foot.

Hello, These are seasonal bedding plants and should be considered as annuals.

If you do nothing else...water new plants. Make sure new additions do not suffer during dry spells. Plant up summer containers bedding once the threat of frosts has passed. Feed container plants about six weeks after planting. If it’s a nice day...trim he

After the last frost date, plant up containers with tender flowering bedding and reliable foliage plants. Line terracotta pots with polythene, taking care not to cover the planting holes, to reduce water loss through the porous sides of the pot.

There is still plenty of time to raise hardier annuals from seeds sown now and these include cosmos, zinnias and marigolds. However it's often easier to opt for ready-grown plugs of these, as well as the more-tender begonias petunias, antirrhinums and ni
