Old Rectory

Quinton, Northamptonshire

A beautiful contemporary three-acre rectory garden designed by multi-award-winning designer, Anoushka Feiler. Taking the Old Rectory's 18th Century history and its religious setting as a key starting point, the main garden at the back of the house has been divided into six parts; a kitchen garden, a glasshouse and flower garden, a woodland menagerie, a pleasure garden, a park and an orchard. Elements of 18th Century design such as formal structures, parterres, topiary, long walks, occasional seating areas and traditional craft work have been introduced, however with a distinctly 21st Century twist through the inclusion of living walls, modern materials and features, new planting methods and abstract installations.
