Description

The Silky Zubat hand saw is a heavy-duty, professional curved saw for pruning thicker branches. Crafted in Japan from premium steel and chrome plated for rust resistance it’s tough and extremely efficient.

Designed to cut on the pull stroke it allows better control without the blade going astray. The hardened 33cm blade is taper ground to resist sticking and has razor sharp teeth set at four angles to saw through wood at speed, saving you time and energy. When you’re done it’s easy to clean off any sap and wood residue.

Fitted with an ergonomic cushioned rubber handle to ensure a secure grip and reduce fatigue. Includes a durable black sheath with belt clip.

Care and maintenance

Always cut on the pull stroke to avoid putting unnecessary pressure on the blade. Don’t force it - these are excellent sharp saws so let the blade do the work. Clean and dry the blade after every use to maintain its efficiency. A small amount of olive oil left on for a few minutes is great for softening sap, and you can use warm soapy water to gently remove any residue.
