Penns in the Rocks

Tunbridge Wells, Kent

A large garden with an 18th-century house once owned by William Penn of Pennsylvania (not open) and a spectacular outcrop of rocks that dates back 140 million years. It has an old walled garden with herbaceous borders, stone sculptures by Richard Strachey and a variety of plants including daffodils, bluebells, azaleas, magnolia and tulips.
