Musbury Barton

Axminster, Devon

This six acre garden surrounds a traditional Devon longhouse. It is planted with much imagination and many rare and unusual things to see. There are over 2000 rose bushes in beds, some of them edged with local stone. There is a steep valley in which a stream tumbles through the garden. Visit the avenue of horse chestnuts and the arboretum with interesting trees. Enjoy the many vantage points in this unusual garden with a surprise around every corner.
