Snow-capped flowers…perfect for that alpine look! As late winter drifts into spring, the popular, reliable and undemanding Muscari has bright blue, grape-like blooms with a fine white margin around the tip. Some flower spike tips are dusted with a snow-like covering of pale blue or even white - a distinctive and eye-catching two-tone effect and a very pretty sight to see in spring. They’re also extremely attractive to spring-flying pollinators. - Garden care: Plant 10cm (4in) deep in autumn. Once established, after the bulbs have finished flowering and the leaves have died back in the summer, lift and divide groups (of bulbs) that are tightly packed together.
