Prior to joining Waterers in 1990, Mark worked for Foreign & Colonial Ventures for five years. During his time there, he was closely involved in a number of rapidly growing businesses. He has a degree in Politics and Economics and an MBA from INSEAD Business School. He is presently the Chairman of ICG Enterprise Trust, a £500m private equity trust. He is also a trustee of the Royal Horticulture Society and Chairman of the RHS investment Committee. He is Chairman of the Garden Museum and a director of the Chatsworth House Trust.
Until recently, Peter was deputy Managing Director of BMP-DDB, the third largest advertising agency in the UK, having worked there for 16 years. His most significant client was Volkswagen, which over the last ten years won more awards than any other brand in the UK.
