How's your order doing?
If you're having difficulty ordering or you want to check up how your order is doing, you can e-mail us at email@example.com. If it's about an existing order, make sure you mention the order number on the top right hand side of the confirmation we sent you because that makes it a whole lot easier for us to give you the full low-down.
If you’re having problems in the garden have a look at our problem solving section. Here you will either find the information you seek or be able to contact our plant doctors. Email them with your problem and they will get back with a diagnosis within a couple of days.

Change your e-mail address or password
If you have changed your e-mail address, or want to change your password, then write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please include some details of a previous order and tell us what you want your new password to be.
