  • Position: full sun
  • Soil: moderately fertile, well-drained soil
  • Rate of growth: average
  • Flowering period: July to September

Hardy, compact and free flowering over a long period, 'Beezee Light Blue' has stunning, large, lilac and lavender spectrum, fragrant flower spikes with pale throats above slender, aromatic, silvery-grey leaves. Great for edging paths and borders, culinary use, and perfect for a neat, colourful and highly scented low border hedge to keep the butterflies and bees happy - this lavender also works well in a gravel garden.

  • Garden care: Cut back the stalks after the flowers have faded. Carefully trim back in April, taking care not to cut into old wood.
