How to keep your flowers fresher for longer

  • Step 1

    Unwrap carefully & (in your chosen vase) mix the sachet of flower food with 1 litre of water. Remove any foliage that will sit below the waterline.

  • Step 2

    Using sharp secateurs (or scissors) cut the bottom of the stems at a 45° angle. You can measure how short to cut them by holding them next to your vase.

  • Step 3

    Pop the stems into the water asap and arrange so they look nice. Avoid placing them in direct sunlight, next to a radiator or in a draft. Enjoy!

Can I purchase a bouquet with other items?

  • Currently, you can only order one cut flower bouquet per order. If you wish to order additional items, please complete your cut flower order separately and place another.

How will my flowers be delivered?

  • Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday and will normally be made between 8am and 8pm. Orders placed before 1pm Sunday to Friday are available for next day delivery to UK mainland addresses only. Order tracking is available via text to the sender providing accurate contact details are supplied. We do not send tracking details to the recipient to maintain the element of surprise. What if I miss my delivery?

  • If you have missed delivery, our courier will attempt to leave your parcel in an appropriate safe location around your property or with one of your neighbours. If this is not possible, our courier will re-attempt delivery on the next working day. Details of all available options will be left on a calling card posted through your letterbox.

What if my chosen bouquet is no longer available?

  • We will always endeavour to deliver what you've ordered however, on the rare occasion due to factors out of our control, we may make substitutions of flowers or foliage but rest assured replacements will be of equal or of greater value than those shown.

Can I create my own bouquet?

  • Unfortunately, we're unable to offer a bespoke bouquet service including requests for specific colours or varieties of flowers.

Can I amend my order?

  • Unfortunately, we're unable to amend your order once it has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so up to 1pm on the day prior to the specified delivery date by:

    Once we have received your cancellation request, we will confirm this to you via email.

What is your freshness guarantee?

  • We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 5 days from the date of delivery or your money back. Certain flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we will require photographic evidence sent to us to gain an accurate representation of your bouquet.

Can I pay using a Crocus eVoucher?

  • Yes you can use a Crocus eVoucher to pay for bouquets. Simply follow the instructions at checkout.

Can I use click & collect?

  • Unfortunately, we're not able to offer click & collect for florist orders.
