De Wit Asparagus Knife / Perennial Cutter

A must have for the serious and not so serious asparagus grower! 'Traditional' asparagus cutting knives are virtually impossible to find these days. Great for cutting asparagus you can cut spears cleanly below soil level. Or for dividing perennials it also cuts through rhizomes such as spreading bamboo.
This traditional fenland design knife is made from solid forged, top quality steel.
