Reflecting "Shaft of Light"

A mysterious and enigmatic form, this reflecting sculpture introduces visual theatre to the garden.
Sometimes it appears as a bright sliver of light, reflecting the shifting colours of the sky, whilst at others it seems to melt into the surrounding garden.
It is best sited in an open area of lawn or gravel, where its strong architectural shape will have most impact.
Made from marine-grade stainless steel with a polished mirror finish, the sculpture will not rust or corrode, and will withstand all weather conditions.

Installation is easy, and can be done by one person. In summary, the base is secured within a shallow trench by four pins (supplied), and the trench is then backfilled. Detailed instructions are included.

The only regular maintenance that is needed is an occasional wipe with a dry cloth to buff up the mirrored finish. If necessary, the shaft can be cleaned using a soft cloth and soapy water.
Being high quality stainless steel, no rust or corrosion will occur. However, over time, small areas of discoloration may appear - typically around welded joints. These can be swiftly and easily removed with non-abrasive, propietary metal cleaner.
Take care when transporting, mowing or strimming close to the shaft. The mirrored surface is very resilient, but unnecessary scratches should be avoided.
