Splendid, soft-pink, funnel-shaped flowers in mid to late spring, fading to white, and large pale-green leaves. This vigorous, evergreen rhododendron is perfect for a well-drained shrub border or woodland edge with humus-rich, acid soil. One of the most popular, pink large flowered varieties, it's upright in habit and thrives in full sun.
- Garden care:
Avoid planting too deeply. Apply a generous 5-7cm (2-3in) mulch of leaf mould around the base of the plant each spring.
