This bushy, evergreen shrub has fluffy clusters ofbright blue flowers in August and September and small, glossy, bright green leaves. Its compact habit makes it an excellent choice for a small, sunny garden with neutral to acid soil. It is happiest in a south- or west-facing border, protected from cold winds.
- Garden care: In spring remove any dead, diseased or damaged stems and if the shrub is congested, cut back some of the main stems to the base to retain an open habit.
