  Golden legs of celery that can be eaten raw in dips or salads, or used as a base for pasta sauces, soups and casseroles. This is not self blanching soearth up the stems as they grow to get really tender, golden celery.
  
  
• Growing Instructions:Sow indoors in pots or modules in a propogator in mid Spring
  Sow outdoorswhen the air temperature is above 15°C
  Sow on the surface as seed needs light to germinate, and keep moist.
  Plant out when plants have 4 - 6 true leaves.
  Blanch by earthing up at the base.
  
  Harvest: July to December
