Tall, slender spires of pale pink flowers are produced from July to August above whorls of deep green leaves. An elegant perennial that is great for adding height to the border as the flowers are self-supporting. It looks fabulous when planted with prairie plants or for adding vertical interest to white borders. Best grown in fertile, moist, well-drained soil in a sunny or partially shaded spot.
