Lilac-pink, saucer-shaped flowers in late spring contrast beautifully with the dark chocolate brown, deeply cut foliage. This is a pretty wood geranium that makes an excellent groundcover and can even tolerate wet areas. Try it at the front of a border or woodland edge.
- Garden care:
In midsummer rejuvenate plants that are beginning to look jaded, by removing old flowered stems and leaves. Lift and divide large colonies in spring.
