An unusual variety that is a fairly recent introduction from the Lepage nursery in France. It is virtually evergreen, and has a more open habit than most Miscanthus varieties. The buff coloured flowerheads appear in August, and can last until February, making it a really valuable contribution to the winter garden.
- Garden care: Protect from excessive winter wet. Withered stems can be left as a winter display but should be cut down to the ground by early spring.
